A baby is carried on to a bus after being picked up at sea by Greek coast guards. The country has sent its first wave of migrants back to Turkey under an EU deal that has faced heavy criticism from rights groups. Under the deal, Ankara is supposed to take back all migrants and refugees who enter Greece illegally, in return for the EU taking in thousands of Syrian refugees directly from Turkey and rewarding it with more money, early visa-free travel and progress in its EU membership negotiations.
